EEOC Extends Harassment Guidance Comment Deadline

On February 23, 2017 we discussed the EEOC’s proposed Harassment Guidance.  The period for public comment has been extended to March 21, 2017.  Comments may be made in response to the proposed guidance online.  If you have not had a chance to review the materials, you can find them here.
